Câmbio Negro, is a seminal Hardcore Punk band from Recife -

Brasil, formed in 1983 they are one of the first bands playing 

that  kind  of music on the North East of the country, and the first on that region to release an album. "Ecos do 3° Mundo" was previously released as a demo tape in 1989,and is considered by many their best stuff,  brutal,  raw,   energetic Hardcore. PunkVortex records has  unearthed  the  original  recording, restored, remastered and released it on vinyl. The original artwork has been also revamped! Taking into consideration that the songs were stored on cassete tape for decades, and obviously lost a bit of quality, the final result is great! I am very proud of rescuing this piece of Brazilian Hardcore Punk and making it available to all.

P-Nissarna is a classic Swedish Hardcore Punk band. "En Sanitär Olägenhet" is a 16 track compilation of different eras. It includes the 3 tracks from 1979 EP "Jugend",  3 unreleased tracks recorded in 1981, 5 songs recorded in 1982 and released in 1989 by Really Fast as the EP ”Världskrig III” and 5 songs previously released only on the 2007 CD  ”Kalla Den Va Fan Du Vill”. It is a must have if you are into early Swedish hardcore Punk. Comes cosily wrapped on a nice gatefold sleeve. Buy it now, you snooze you loose.

S.P. Metal part two contains four bands, the cream of the crop of the true metal underground in Sao Paulo in -85. Korzus, Santuario, Abutre and Performances all contribute two tracks. Performances and Santuario are more in the NWOBHM & Manilla Road -type early power metal vein, while Abutre and Korzus are great, rough speed-thrash-headbanging as only young Brazilians fed on a diet of hardcore and NWOBHM can churn out. 013 were short-lived but hugely influential and full of cult 
potential. The three-piece from Pukkila, Finland, partook in 
the Propaganda EP in 1981 (reissued by Svart in 2013) and
 the legendary Russia Bombs Finland compilation LP the 
following year. The band's only standalone release, the LP 
Takaisin todellisuuteen, was released on Propaganda Records 
in 1983, and the band split up shortly after. Original copies 
change hands for hundreds of dollars these days.This Svart
 reissue presents the album as close to the original as possible,

and expands the original artwork into a gatefold, also adding 

a bonus 7", which contains compilation tracks, thus making 

this release a complete 013 discography.

Punk Vortex proudly presents Tropical Nightmare vinyl debut. Tropical Nightmare is a London based band that has been around for a while with a good number of live appearances and 3 demo tapes under their studded belts. On this release we have the songs from the second and third demos  now finally available on vinyl.  The band follows no trends and delivers their unique Brazilian flavoured kind of psychodelic hardcore punk loud, proud, distorted, with loads of feedback and weird tempos. Tropical Nightmare is a fresh breeze of creativity among a universe of copies and repetition. The artwork is a conceptual masterpiece by Carlos Casotti who managed to magnificently capture the essence of  TN's music and turn it into iconic images. Go check them out if they play in a town near you. They are currently looking for more gigs and working on new material for a full length album.
